We left our sailboat in Trinidad during the hurricane season and
traveled in South America. The first leg was by bus thru Venezuela to Brazil.
We flew to Manaus on the Amazon and then flew to La Paz, Bolivia. From there
we took short hops by either train, bus or airplane to Santiago, Chile.
We then flew all the way south to the Straits of Magellan and came back
north on a ferry boat. We then hopped thru Argentina to Brazil visiting
Rio and Recife. We flew back to Manaus and then back to Trinidad.
